Consultancy Policy

• Consultations (e.g. Tarot, Numerology, Vedic Astrology, Palmistry) are booked and paid upfront.
   

• Refunds are allowed only if consultation is canceled with at least 48 hours notice; otherwise no refund.
   

• In case of no-show or voluntary cancellation within 48 hours, we may issue partial credit or reschedule.
   

• We abide by professional confidentiality — your personal information and reading notes are kept strictly private.
